Email OJB: Provide name, address and email address of institution. In return, OJB will email invoice (MsExcel) with payment details. Once payment is verified, subscription will be activated by allowing IP access or password access.

2.   You will be prompted to provide your details (name, address etc.).
3    A password will be requested by the PayPal system for your security
4.   PayPal will confirm payment (allow up to 6 hours)
5    Subscribers will be supplied with IP access or password access.
