HOW TO LEAVE MESSAGES ON SERVER 2K/XP OUTLOOK EXPRESS

Step 1
Open Outlook Express
Click on Tools
Select Accounts

Step 2
Click Mail
Select your Comcen Email account to highlight
Select Properties

Step 3
A properties window will appear
Click Advanced
Tick Leave a copy of messages on server

You may alter when you wish to delete email from the server whether it be after X amount of days or when you empty the email from the Trash of your email client, all you have to do is tick and un-tick the extra options you would like.

Click OK

You have successfully setup your email to leave messages on the server!
