I KEEP BEING DISCONNECTED AFTER I CHECK MY EMAIL? WHAT'S GOING ON!

If you are using Outlook Express it may be configured to hang up after you send and receive.

Follow these steps to check:

  • Open Outlook Express
  • Go to Tools, and down to Options
  • Click the Connection tab
  • Make sure there is no tick on "Hang up after sending and receiving"
