So what does Comcen support?

So you have questions or problems? Our support section contains extensive content covering many queries or problems you may have in regards to your ADSL, Dial Up or Hosting account. If you can't find the answer on our support pages then you're more then welcome to email our Support Team or give them a call on 1300 300 324.

Once you are connected, we ask, for your own benefit tha you have a read over our support section as it answers and guides you with the most commonly asked questions and problems. We have taken the time to simplify the process for you and provide detailed instructions for you to use. Please use this section to help troubleshoot the problem yourself before calling our HelpDesk. It may save you time and a call!

If however you are not able to solve your problem then you're more then welcome to give our support team a call, we have more then enough staff to get you connected and online!

The following listed is what our support team can help you with:

  • Troubleshooting your Internet connection (eg Dialup/ADSL Configuration)
  • Problems with Sending or Receiving E-Mails
  • Password changes for your ADSL or Dialup Username
  • Any general internet queries for services which Comcen provide

  • We do NOT provide technical support or assistance for:

  • Creating your web pages
  • Internet Sharing Software
  • Email servers which were NOT setup originally by Comcen Internet
  • ADSL hardware support for modems NOT listed on our Approved Equipment page
  • Creating/Debugging CGI/PHP programs
  • Web page graphics
  • Finding information on the Internet for you
  • Configuration of Linux gateway/firewall machines
  • Internal networks / LANs other then your ADSL LAN Configuration

    If we cannot help you with your query, there are other resources on the Internet which Comcen recommend you use to resolve your problem:
    Search Engines, such as Google, Yahoo or Wikipedia
    Online Discussion Boards and;
    Mailing Lists.
    We're never opposed to giving our customers a point in the right direction either!
