How to leave messages on server OS9 Outlook Express

MAC OS9 Outlook Express - Leaving messages on server

Step 1
Open Outlook Express
Click on Tools
Select Accounts

Step 2
A accounts window will appear
Click on your Comcen email account to highlight
Select Edit

Step 3
A properties window will appear
Click on Options
Tick Leave a copy of each message on the server

You may alter when you wish to delete email from the server whether it be after X amount of days or when you empty the email from the Trash of your email client, all you have to do is tick and un-tick the extra options you would like.

Click OK

You have successfully setup your email to leave messages on the server!
