FAQ: WILL I NEED TO NOTIFY MY CURRENT PROVIDER?

We will notify your current phone provider and handle the actual changeover for you. Do not cancel your service with your current phone company. In-fact if you cancel your Home Phone service with your current provider before it is transferred across to Comcen, it may result in loss of service and/or loss of phone number.
