FAQ: MOVING HOUSE OR RELOCATING?

Relocations normally take 3-5 working days for ADSL1 and 12-14 days for ADSL2+.

If Comcen is not relocating your phone service (i.e a standalone ADSL1 account) , please ensure that the phone service is active before submitting your relocation so that we don't encounter any issues with relocating.

  • For a seamless ADSL1 transfer you (or we if you're a bundled customer) can activate your telephone 3-5 days before moving out and your ADSL1 will be active by the time you move in.
  • For a seamless ADSL2+ transfer please submit your order roughly 2 weeks before moving and we can arrange the service to be active by the time you move in.
  • Relocation forms can be submitted in the User Services section of our website.
