FAQ: HOW DO I ACTIVATE CALL FEATURES?

COMCEN is currently in the process of intergrating full customer control into user services for the addition of these features. In due time, all features will be requested online in our user ports.

Unfortunately this is still a work in progress, in the meantime Call Features and Value Added Services can be activated by emailing our Orders team and requesting the appropriate service. When contacting our Orders department please be sure to note that you accept the appropriate charge for the feature you're enabling.
