What is this 'DON'T DELETE THIS MESSAGE -- FOLDER INTERNAL DATA' Email I've received?

You've received this email because you were using our webmail services located on our website. Our webmail clients store your personal settings in a 'dummy email'. These could be settings, personal folders or address books. When you use a mail program after using the webmail this 'dummy email' will be downloaded to your computer and will possibly result in the loss of information from your webmail.

In most cases these can be ignored, but if you solely use webmail it may be a good idea to use IMAP as opposed to POP when using a mail client so that you dont remove all of your personal information from our servers resulting in a loss of information and settings.
