FAQ: I WISH TO CANCEL MY SERVICE, WHAT STEPS SHOULD I TAKE?

If you are considering cancelling your account please contact us first and let us know why.
If possible we will remedy any issue you are having.

 

We ask for 14 days written notice for Dial Up cancellations and 30 days for ADSL cancellations.

 

These can be faxed to 1300 300 374 or emailed to accounts@comcen.com.au please include relevant customer information with your request such as your phone number, name, address and passwords.
