How can I check my email when I’m away from my computer?
Comcen provides a service called ‘Webmail’ which is designed specifically for you to be able to check your email directly from our servers, regardless of where you are in the world. This feature allows you all the usual functionality of a mail program from our Website.
Simply browse to http://www.comcen.com.au/ and in the top right-hand corner, you will see a box entitled ‘Webmail’. Enter your username and password, click on ‘Submit’ and you will be able to see any messages that are sitting on the server waiting for you.
Please note that if your usual mail program is not configured to leave a copy of messages on the server after downloading, older messages will not be viewable via Webmail. Only messages that have arrived since you last opened the client.
