It has come to our attention there are emails circulating, claiming to be from Comcen and asking customers to verify their password information via an included web address. These emails are NOT legitimate mail from us and should be simply discarded.
We will never ask you to visit a website outside our network to update any of your sensitive information via email. You can do this yourself at any time through our My Account section from the Comcen website.
You will notice in these emails that the grammar is generally poor and that there is typically an impersonal signature. These factors combined are usually good indicators that the message is a hoax. You may also notice that when you click on 'reply' (without sending), the return address will clearly NOT be a Comcen email and most commonly be @live.com or gmail.com. There are a few variations of these types of spam message, which have a similar purpose or request. If you are ever in doubt please forward this message to one of the email addresses on our website.
