^ For all plans, usage over the prepaid limit is charged at 15c/MB. Data usage is calculated for both downloads and uploads. Data usage will be counted in megabytes where 1 Megabyte (MB) = 1000 Kilobytes (KB). Any unused data cannot be rolled over. These modem/routers are designed to be used in conjunction with 3G Wireless Broadband modems to allow you to connect multiple computers to the Internet . When you plug your 3G modem into these modem/routers the internet traffic is routed to nearby computers by both cable and local wireless (7402GXL) or cable only (7402XL). They can also be used to connect to traditional ADSL and will default to whichever connection is active.
Things To Know
- You may change plans throughout your contract for the following billing cycle.
- Unused usage cannot be rolled over to the following month.
- After the initial contract has expired the service will be continued month by month until cancelled.
- 30 days notice of cancellation is required in writing.
- Early disconnection fees apply ($300 pro-rata for Comcen 3G Wireless, $149 pro-rata for Comcen Telephony). For example, if you cancel your Wireless contract 9 months into a 12 month contract you may have to pay a termination fee of $300 x 3/12 (where 3 is the number of months left to run on the contract), divided by 12 months = $75. A similar calculation would be used for telephone early cancellation.
- If you cancel the Service before the minimum Term ends, you must pay back any discounts or special offers you received to sign up for that Term.
- Plan downgrades incur a $150 fee. However plan upgrades are free.
- The speeds available to a particular 3G Wireless customer are affected by many factors, and actual speed rates are not guaranteed.
- This 3G Wireless service is provided as is and does not include a service guarantee. As such, there is no “cooling off” period included and the service does not meet any minimum specification. This includes (but is not limited to) coverage, the speed of the service and the consistent uptime of the service.
