  • Monthly billing is based on your anniversary date, ie if you joined on the 20th of October, the 20th of each month is your anniversary date.
  • Any pricing offer of more than one month must be taken in a continuous period, no break allowed in between.
  • Excess usage charges are calculated on calendar months and charged at the beginning of the month for the previous month (if any excess exists).
  • All plans paid for in full at the beginning of the plan period. The payments are non-refundable. All plans are automatically renewed at the end of the plan period.
  • Local call costs apply
  • Minimum monthly cost for residential customers (excluding local call charges) is the monthly dial-up access fee + residential line rental + call charges. Minimum monthly cost for business customers (excluding call charges) is the monthly dial-up access fee + business line rental + call charges.
  • Written notification is required to cancel an account. In the case of accounts set up before 9/2/08, notice must be given at least 14 days prior to the next monthly invoice to avoid being charged for the following month. In the case of accounts set up after 9/2/08, 30 days notice is required to cancel.
