Comcen understands that internet connectivity is essential to many businesses. In order to deliver high levels of connectivity reliability to customers, Comcen has developed a high-performance national network.
Comcen is dedicated to delivering quality service and support to its customers. We have gone to great lengths to ensure that our network is reliable to 99.9% availability.
- 5% off the monthly service fee for 40 minutes to 4 hours of unavailability
- 15% off the monthly service fee for 4-6 hours unavailability
- 30% off the monthly service fee for greater than 6 hours unavailability
Rebates for late installation, Sliding scale from 10% to 100% depending on the delay duration.
