Things to Know
- Pricing above is based on a metropolitan connection, for more information on regional connections, please contact us.
- 12 month minimum term applies.
- $199 installation fee applies.
- Plan speed changes will incur a once-off charge of $80 per change.
- Excess traffic on all plans are charged at $10 per gigabyte.
- Download quota is the amount of data you may download in any given month. Any unused data is forfeited at the end of that billing month. For the purpose of calculation, 1GB = 1000MB.
- Only download traffic is counted towards your usage. Upload traffic is free.
- Plan changes must be advised in writing to Comcen prior to the end of the month for the next billing month.
- FREE unlimited dial-up provided with every connection.
- Suspension of any SHDSL accounts is not permissible.
- Early disconnection fees apply should you terminate your services within initial contract term. You will be required to pay full monthly service charges for the remainder of this minimum period.

Comcen is dedicated to delivering quality service and support to its customers. We have gone to great lengths to ensure that our network is reliable to ensure 99.9% availability.
- 5% off the monthly service fee for 40 minutes to 4 hours of unavailability.
- 15% off the monthly service fee for 4-6 hours unavailability.
- 30% off the monthly service fee for greater than 6 hours unavailability.
Rebates for late installation, sliding scale from 10% to 100% depending on the delay duration.
