- 12 month minimum term applies.
- $249 installation fee applies.
- Excess traffic on all plans are charged at $10 per gigabyte.
- One Static IP address comes with every connection. You may request additional during the signup.
- On peak is from 7am to 12am and Off-peak is from 12am to 7am Australian Eastern Standard Daylight Saving Time.
- Download quota is the amount of data you may download in any given month. Any unused data is forfeited at the end of that billing month. For the purpose of calculation, 1GB = 1000MB.
- Only download traffic is counted towards your usage. Upload traffic is free.
- Plan changes must be advised in writing to Comcen prior to the end of the month for the next billing month.
- FREE unlimited dial-up provided with every connection.
- Suspension of any DSL accounts is not permissible.
- Early disconnection fees apply should you terminate your services within initial contract term. You will be required to pay full monthly service charges for the remainder of this minimum period.
