• On peak time is from 7am to Midnight, and Off peak time is from Midnight to 7am Australian Eastern Standard Daylight saving time.
• Download quota is the amount of data you may download in any given month. Any unused data is forfeited at the end of that billing month. For the purpose of calculation, 1GB = 1000MB.
• Only "download" traffic is counted towards your usage.
• Plan changes must be advised in writing to Comcen prior to the end of the month for the next billing month
• Free Unlimited dialup provided with every connection
• Suspension of any DSL accounts is not permissible
