Customers on ADSL2+ on the OT3A_UA5000-M_01 DSLAM are currently affected by an unplanned outage by our wholesalers. Customers will experience loss of Internet access only. The ADSL/DSL light on your modem may be off / flashing. This has been escalated and is currently being investigated by our wholesalers engineers. Currently there is no ETA.
