REVIEWER'S PRECIS

This paper addresses an important issue which is the future development of antiviral agents for encephalitis. The paper describes a 3D Japanese encephalitis viral helicase model using yellow fever template. The  use of the yellow fever as the only  template as a suitable homology model (based on 49% identity) appears to be validated but I would suggest that the authors expand or cite use of this template as being appropriate. Apart from this concern, the work is well written, researched and appropriate methods were used. I recommend that this work be published in its present form.
