Title: Comparison of Schuirmann's Two One-sided tests with nonparametric two one-sided test for normal dta in clinical pharmacokinetic drug-drug interaction studies

4. REPORT  
    
     This is a useful  comparison report of schuirmanns TOST with non-parametric TOST for skewed drug-drug interaction effects. The results support the findings (Bootstrap-T method) and would be a useful adjunct in clinical pharmacokinetic studies (small samples sizes). Abstract and Introduction:  Concise and well referenced. Materials and methods, Results and discussion:  Only comment is to centre tables. Recommend accept without changes and send draft to authors for perusal .
